‘Who's That?’ is a demo or a sketch of a song that was never released.
I did another demo of it again in 2009 with drums as a possibility for ‘The Blue Light Show’ album, but it wasn’t the right fit for the project. So it ended up being more or less shelved.
It was written from the perspective of someone who was once at the top of their game but now finds themselves past their prime and just wants to be left alone. The song touches upon the "tall poppy syndrome," where the media tends to focus on negativity and tearing people down instead of celebrating their achievements.
